ProDouble Basket Weave
Basket weave with doubled-up pairs. More texture, larger repeat.
When to use
Two pairs of horizontal tiles meet two pairs of vertical tiles, doubling the woven block. The larger repeat reads better on bigger surfaces where the simple basket weave would feel busy. Common on bathroom and laundry floors.
Recommended tile sizes
Like basket weave, strict 2:1 only — 6"×12" is the workhorse. Larger 8"×16" or 9"×18" amplifies the woven effect on roomier floors.
Typical waste
Budget around 12% extra tile when ordering. The planner uses this as the default when you compute boxes-needed — override per project if your installer is more or less efficient.
