Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account info — if you sign up, we store your email address and (optionally) display name and a hashed password.
• Project data — tile layouts you save are stored in our database so you can come back to them. You own this data.
• Local storage — the free calculators on /calculator, /cost-calculator, and our guides keep your last inputs in your browser's localStorage so the page is useful when you come back. This data never leaves your device.
• Analytics — if Google Analytics 4 is enabled in our production environment, we collect anonymized page-view, referrer, and rough-geography data via the GA4 SDK. We do not link analytics to your account.
• Billing — if you upgrade to Pro, payment is processed by Flutterwave. We do not store your card details; Flutterwave does.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't share your project data with third parties (except Flutterwave for billing if you're a Pro user).
• We don't run ads on the site, so there's no ad-tracking infrastructure.

Your rights

You can ask us to export or delete your account and all associated project data at any time. Email support@tileplan.cc and we'll respond within seven business days.
